In the ever-changing world of Social Media, each day presents a new challenge for industry experts to stay abreast of the constant changes and consistently evolving platforms. Additionally, LinkedIn continues to evolve its outreach and has created a new ‘Like’ button for your business website with the idea of directing consumers or interested individuals to your LinkedIn Company page. Changes, Changes, Changes!

Ah Facebook, how I love your forceful changes and demanding ‘you will do this’ attitude. I am surprised the move to Timeline did not happen sooner. Facebook is not one to give users options of individualistic looks and I suspected some time ago personal users and Business Pages would be migrated to the new Timeline feature. Actually, I like the timeline feature and have been using the format since it was first introduced. Timeline gives a business the opportunity to create a nicely branded piece of digital media with the cover image and the new look organizes events, company information, photos, posts and other page elements into a fairly understandable and user-friendly format.
Thanks to the great team at HubSpot for putting together an extremely handy and comprehensive Complete Guide to Setting Up Your FB Timeline Page. This document is the handbook needed to guide you through the Timeline feature and effectively set up the new feature page and content for your business. Here are 10 Great Branded Cover Images that may give you ideas for incorporating a creative, novel branded cover image or artwork for your business too! If you are a musician, Ariel Publicity published an insightful Blog post this week providing ideas for creating a branded musician Timeline Fan Page.
